Ever felt like your life was an emotional train wreck? You know, when you wake up in the morning and don't want to get out of bed because your dreams are much sweeter than what that day will bring. Those days when you have no motivation to do anything because all you can think about is one person and how sad you are because things just aren't working out. Or when all you want to do is cry and cry and cry. If you can relate, you've been to the emotioal train wreck sight and know all too well what the wreckage looks like. You are not alone. We know how you feel.
Now what? Well for starters, cry in your pillow or in the shower, drink coffee, rant to a girlfriend and watch a movie... That won't solve your problems, but it WILL make you feel better. Then, remember that you are not alone and that tomorrow IS another day. I have a hard time using my "words of wisdon," but they are true. Each day is another day and may become what you make of it. Something good can come of anything, you just have to figure out what that will be.
But, do remember to let yourself cry. It is freeing, actually HEALTHY, to let it all out. You don't have to be strong all of the time ;)
